Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Co-founder Influencer Agency at NRI Sathi. We need someone who knows how to build agency! Must have Influencer Management Experience Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess markets, audiences, and campaign performance.

Excellent Communication skills for managing relationships with influencers, brands, and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated Sales and Marketing skills to acquire clients, design campaigns, and promote agency services.

Experience or robust interest in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital content ecosystems.

Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup, take ownership, and make data-informed decisions.

Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups, business development, or launching current initiatives preferred.

Comfort with contract negotiation, basic budgeting, and performance reporting; prior agency or consulting experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
