Role & responsibilities
Life insurance background is mended.
Work closely along with his manager and execute projects.
Be actively involved right from conceptualization till execution, implementation and adoption.
Closely track the progress of the projects and send regular updates to stakeholders.
Support Business in testing the delivered solution and drive adoption.
Assess whether the project has met its objectives post adoption and then handover to IT
Constantly identify and implement innovations which can be infused in the existing/tobe solutions for delivering business value

Track project quality and maintain a repository of project artefacts and learnings.

Ability to work under pressure.
Robust Presentation and Documentation skills.
