Role Description As a Co-Founder at Social Media Ad's Agency, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hazaribag, requiring close collaboration with the core team and direct involvement in client engagements. Daily responsibilities include developing and refining service offerings, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and building strategic partnerships to grow the business.

You will oversee campaign planning and performance review, participate in key client meetings, and ensure the delivery of high-quality social media advertising solutions.



The role also involves managing budgets, supporting team hiring and development, and implementing processes that improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-informed decisions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate with clients, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Proven experience in sales, with a focus on business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Solid marketing knowledge, especially in social media advertising, brand positioning, and digital campaign strategy.

Research skills to stay current on industry trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging advertising opportunities.

Prior experience in founding, co-founding, or leading a business or startup is highly beneficial.

Ability to take ownership, work in a rapid-paced workplace, and make strategic decisions under pressure.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
