Role Description The Co-Founder role at Healix Technologies Pvt. Limited is a full time remote leadership position focused on driving the company’s strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping and refining the business model, leading market and product research, and co-developing innovation and consulting offerings for clients in education, healthcare, and enterprise sectors.

The Co-Founder will oversee sales and marketing initiatives, build and manage key client relationships, and support partnerships that strengthen Healix’s research and innovation ecosystem. This role also involves guiding talent development efforts,



mentoring team members, overseeing budgets and resource allocation, and collaborating with other founders on long-term strategy, fundraising, and technology-driven solutions.

Qualifications Robust analytical skills and research capabilities to assess markets, design solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiation, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Sales experience, including developing pipelines, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Marketing skills to design and execute strategies that position Healix’s services and strengthen brand visibility.

Proven leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in building or scaling a business or business unit.

Background in consulting, innovation, technology, or related fields;

experience in education or healthcare sectors is an advantage.

Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple priorities, and make decisive, strategic choices.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
