e are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions that drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Collaborate with development, operations, and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met within timelines.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.
Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and feasibility studies.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
Maintain documentation and communicate project updates to stakeholders.




Stay updated with industry trends, business processes, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or business management systems is an advantage.
