Role & responsibilities
Research, develop, and write emotionally engaging stories highlighting the rescue, rehabilitation, recovery, transformation, and lifelong care of animals at Vantara.
Develop compelling content for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, brochures, newsletters, annual reports, presentations, publications, visitor materials, campaigns, and educational resources.
Collaborate with veterinarians, animal care teams, conservationists, scientists, educators, legal, compliance, and other internal departments to gather information and develop accurate and impactful narratives.
Translate complex scientific, veterinary, and operational information into accessible, audience-friendly stories without compromising factual accuracy.
Ensure all content reflects Vantara's brand voice, editorial standards, ethical values, and communication guidelines.
Review, edit, and proofread communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, grammatical accuracy,



factual correctness, and emotional sensitivity.
Support the development of communication campaigns, awareness initiatives, exhibitions, conferences, educational programmes, and outreach activities through creative storytelling.
Maintain and continuously update a repository of animal stories, institutional narratives, communication assets, and supporting reference material.
Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, and creative agencies to develop integrated multimedia storytelling content.
Stay updated on emerging trends in storytelling, digital communication, conservation communication, and audience engagement to continuously enhance content quality.
Undertake any additional communication assignments or projects as directed by the Chief Communications Officer.
