Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting partnerships with premium builders and developers.

Daily tasks include conducting market research on luxury real estate trends, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and partners, and maintaining an updated pipeline of prospects.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align business development activities with marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications
Strong presentation skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in lead generation activities, prospecting, and follow-up to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze market data to identify opportunities in the premium property segment.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and internal collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience in business development, sales, or real estate services is preferred, especially in the luxury or premium segment.
Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Delhi and meeting explicit performance targets.
Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
