Sonar Conectar Media & Entertainment LLP :

The Client Servicing - Manager will head Sonar Conectar Client Servicing function, reporting to Director. This is a senior leadership mandate to drive client satisfaction, own portfolio profitability, and align client strategy with the agency's broader growth goals across mall installations, gamification, BTL activations, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities :
Head the Client Servicing department and define its strategic direction
Build and manage long-term, senior-level client relationships
Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients
Lead high-value client conversations, negotiations, and strategic proposals
Drive PAN team engagement, motivation, and alignment with company objectives
Own financial performance, P&L;, and profitability across client portfolios
Partner with leadership on growth strategy, innovation, and current business direction
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing client servicing team
Review post-event performance and client feedback, and drive continuous improvement

Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills




Proven experience in agency-based client servicing (experiential / events / BTL preferred)
Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.) to enhance client presentation, proposal, reporting, day-to-day efficiency- whenever applicable
Visionary mindset balanced with robust execution focus

Location:- Kalyan nagar, Bangalore Job Type:- Full Time

Timing's:- 10 am - 7 pm

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
