Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and café beverages.
Innovate and experiment with new recipes, flavor combinations, and coffee presentations.
Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.




Train and mentor junior staff when needed.
Represent the café’s vision of premium hospitality and creativity.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of professional barista experience (specialty coffee preferred).
Robust skills in espresso extraction, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
A genuine passion for coffee and creativity with ingredients.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliability, trustworthiness, and willingness to grow with the brand.
