Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend services and APIs using C# for global trading platforms.
Refactor and containerize existing backend applications to facilitate seamless cloud deployment on Azure.
Integrate enterprise financial systems and third-party services using RabbitMQ, gRPC, and GraphQL protocols.
Optimize server-side database structures, queries, and performance across MS SQL and MongoDB.
Maintain code hygiene through regular code reviews, CI/CD automated deployment pipelines, and unit testing.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, traders, and business leads in Zurich, Singapore, and India during Program Increment (PI) planning cycles.
Provide dedicated level-3 support and rapid troubleshooting for mission-critical trading operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience:



10+ years in software development with at least 5+ years as a backend C# developer. Financial services or investment banking background preferred.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant engineering field (Assumed Requirement).
Technical Expertise: C#, MS SQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, gRPC, GraphQL, Cloud Containerization, Azure, CI/CD.
Desirable Technical Expertise: JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Webpack, NPM, and Azure Application Services.
Soft Skills: Agile proficiency, robust analytical reasoning, client-centric mindset, transparent written and verbal English communication.
