Location: Green Park Extension, New Delhi—approximately 300 metres from Green Park Metro Station

Role Type: Full time, on-site

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Weekly Off: Monday

Working Hours
Mandatory clinic presence: 12:00 noon–8:00 p.m.
Online availability for WhatsApp queries and calls: 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries over WhatsApp and telephone.
Explain services, therapist availability, fees, appointment procedures, and clinic policies accurately.
Coordinate appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Receive clients at the clinic and manage the reception and waiting area.
Collect clinic payments, issue confirmations, and maintain accurate payment records.
Coordinate with therapists regarding appointments and client arrivals.
Maintain organised client and administrative records.
Protect client confidentiality and communicate with sensitivity and discretion.
Escalate clinical, payment-related, or operational concerns to the appropriate team member.

Candidate Requirements
Solid spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.




Professional telephone and WhatsApp etiquette.
Basic proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and digital payment systems.
Ability to remain responsive during the stipulated online hours.
Excellent punctuality, reliability, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills.
Calm, respectful, and non-judgmental conduct when interacting with mental-health clients.
Prior experience in reception, customer support, healthcare administration, or client coordination is preferred.

Qualified Expectations The selected candidate must maintain strict confidentiality, communicate courteously, follow established procedures, report to the clinic punctually, and ensure that no client enquiry, appointment update, or payment entry is left unattended.
