Role Description The Chief Experience & Customer Officer is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad, responsible for shaping and overseeing the end-to-end client experience for Esse India’s Canada immigration and visa consulting services. This role leads customer strategy, designs and refines service journeys, and ensures consistent, high-quality interactions across all touchpoints, including in-person, phone, and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing key client accounts, monitoring satisfaction metrics, resolving escalations, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve processes and service delivery.

The person in this role will develop customer-centric policies, mentor client-facing teams, and implement feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in experience and retention. Additionally, the Chief Experience & Customer Officer will contribute to growth initiatives by aligning customer insights with business development plans and supporting the organization’s brand reputation as a trusted visa and immigration consultant.

Qualifications





Robust customer-focused expertise, including Customer Experience strategy and hands-on Account Management skills.

Proven background in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to convert insights into growth prospects.

Demonstrated Project Management capabilities to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve service quality and efficiency.

Experience building and leading client-facing teams, with strong coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities, with a skilled, empathetic approach to client interactions.

Data-driven mindset, comfortable using customer metrics, feedback, and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.

Prior experience in immigration services, consulting, or professional services is highly beneficial.

Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
