We are seeking a talented C++ Developer with 4–6 years of experience in developing and maintaining Windows desktop applications using up-to-date C++. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), STL, multithreading, and memory management, with the ability to design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable software solutions.

Experience with Visual Studio, Git, debugging complex applications, and working in Agile development settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with C#, Windows desktop applications, and industrial automation domains will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain C++ modules for desktop and backend applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities while ensuring performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects across development, integration,



and production-like environments.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C#, WPF, QA, and Product teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and execute unit tests to validate implemented functionalities.
Investigate and resolve issues related to application performance, memory management, and multithreading.
Work with source control systems (Git), participate in PR reviews, and resolve merge conflicts.
Support build generation, integration testing, and release activities.
Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
