Role Description The Computer Hardware Technician is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers and related hardware across the organization. The technician will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, provide timely hardware and printer support, and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities include responding to support requests, documenting issues and resolutions, coordinating with IT and operations teams,



and helping ensure minimal downtime for learners and staff. The role also includes maintaining inventory of hardware components, recommending upgrades or replacements, and adhering to safety and data security guidelines.

Candidates should possess strong skills in working with desktop computers and related peripherals.

Relevant technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, hardware maintenance diploma) or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and follow IT policies and safety standards.
