Role & responsibilities
Lead and strengthen the entire Accounts & Finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, governance and compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, Ind AS, Income Tax, GST, Companies Act and SEBI/BSE/NSE compliance.
Develop solid MIS and business dashboards covering branch performance, profitability, budgets, target achievement, working capital and cost control to enable informed decision making.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and profitability improvement across the organisation.
Strengthen credit control, receivables, treasury, cash flow and working capital management.
Work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership in strategic business planning and major financial decisions.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, investors, Company Secretary and regulatory authorities.




Ensure seamless compliance with all listed company and corporate governance requirements.
Build, mentor and lead a high-performing finance team.

Preferred candidate profile
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in leading Finance & Accounts functions of a medium or large organisation.
Solid knowledge of Ind AS, taxation, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, treasury, internal controls and SEBI/BSE/NSE regulations.
Experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain industry will be preferred.
Robust leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
