One of our clients, a Life Insurance company backed by two globally respected financial groups, is looking to appoint its Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

Role : Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

Location : Mumbai

This is a unique chance to build and lead the investment function from the inception stage. While the Assets Under Management (AUM) will initially be modest, the role offers significant long-term growth and the opportunity to shape the investment philosophy of a new-age insurer.

Key Requirements
Solid experience managing insurance investment portfolios.
Excellent understanding of IRDAI investment regulations.
Proven experience across fixed income and other investment asset classes.
Leadership experience managing investment teams.
Ability to establish investment processes, governance, and strategy from the ground up.

We are particularly keen to connect with professionals who are currently:




Heading a significant investment vertical within a Life Insurance company.
Serving as Deputy CIO, Head of Fixed Income, Head of Investments, or in a similar senior investment leadership role.
Looking to step into a full-fledged CIO position.
Professionals from General Insurance investment teams with relevant experience may also be considered.
