Detailed Responsibilities

¢ Manage accounting for Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods.

¢ Prepare product cost sheets and inventory valuation.

¢ Perform standard vs actual costing and variance analysis.

¢ Analyse material, labour, overhead and utility costs.

¢ Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards and KPI reports.

¢ Develop Power BI and Advanced Excel reports.

¢ Reconcile ERP data and ensure reporting accuracy.

¢ Monitor inventory ageing and slow-moving stock.

¢ Support month-end closing,



GL scrutiny and reporting.

¢ Coordinate statutory, internal and cost audits.

¢ Partner with production, procurement, stores and management.

¢ Recommend cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

B.Com/M.Com mandatory. Inter CA/CMA preferred.

Experience

510 years in manufacturing finance with robust costing, MIS and ERP exposure.

Technical Competencies

Manufacturing Accounting, Costing, ERP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Financial Analysis.

Behavioural Competencies

Analytical thinking, communication, business partnering, problem solving, attention to detail, ownership.

KPIs

Timely MIS, costing accuracy, inventory accuracy, closing timeliness, dashboard quality, working capital improvement.

Preferred Profile

Manufacturing finance skilled capable of converting operational and financial data into business insights.
