Maintain valuable communication with customers regarding their loan dues.
Provide service and support to customers facing repayment challenges.
Follow-up on payment commitments and maintain call records.
Adhere to company guidelines and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: HSC Pass to Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply
