Role Overview As a Key Accounts Manager – Channel Partner, you will be the growth engine driving customer acquisition through a robust Channel Partner (CP) / Broker network. Your focus will be on building, nurturing, and managing relationships with real estate brokers and ensuring a steady flow of high- quality customer referrals to fuel Livspace’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities ● Identify and onboard new high-potential Channel Partners across key micro-markets ● Drive local market mapping to identify active brokers and competitor CP networks ● Plan and execute CP engagement activities like meets, site visits,
and walkthroughs ● Ensure quality screening of leads shared by CPs to improve conversion efficiency ● Act as a single point of contact for CPs for all business-related queries ● Drive revenue targets through effective partner productivity and pipeline management ● Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure walk-ins / site visits (VMS) are happening as planned ● Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, offers, and promotions for CP activation ● Ensure timely payout / incentive communication to CPs to maintain trust and motivation ● Track competition activity and provide market feedback to leadership ● Drive upselling / cross-selling opportunities through existing CP network ● Ensure adherence to processes, documentation, and compliance What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management Prior experience in real estate, interiors, or high-value sales preferred from any industry Robust networking and relationship management skills Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace Excellent communication and negotiation skills
