About the Role We are looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling. You will create relatable, informative and entertaining content for the brand across Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. The role involves ideation, scripting, shooting, appearing on camera when required and working with the team to bring brand stories to life.
What You Will Do - Develop ideas for reels, posts, stories and campaign content
Write engaging hooks, scripts, captions and short-form copy
Shoot mobile-first content for social media
Participate in videos and appear on camera when required
Track social media trends and adapt them to the brands
Create behind-the-scenes, product and lifestyle content
Collaborate with video editors, designers and the marketing team
Support content creation during events, launches and brand activations
Maintain a consistent content calendar What We Are Looking For - Solid understanding of Instagram and short-form content
Valuable communication, storytelling and presentation skills
Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone
Confident or willing to become comfortable in front of the camera
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Basic understanding of editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar platforms
Ability to work quickly and experiment with different content formats Who Should Apply Fresh graduates, aspiring creators or candidates with a portfolio of personal, college, freelance or brand content.
