Role & responsibilities
Plan, shoot and edit high-quality videos and photographs for Vernon Healthcare, Genoryx, Vernon Skin & Hair Clinic and Vernon Pain Institute.
Capture consultations, procedures, doctor interactions, patient testimonials (with consent), events and behind-the-scenes content.
Produce engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts and promotional content.
Work closely with doctors and the marketing team to create educational healthcare content.
Develop monthly content calendars and execute content production plans.
Edit videos with qualified transitions, captions, graphics, music and branding.
Design basic thumbnails and social media creatives when required.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all content.
Manage camera equipment, lighting, microphones and studio setup.
Travel with the Founder to conferences, workshops, clinics and events for content creation.
Maintain a well-organized digital media library.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement new content ideas.




Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and product launches.
Deliver content within agreed timelines while maintaining high production quality.
Continuously suggest innovative content ideas to strengthen the organization's digital presence.
Travel with the Founder to conferences, workshops, medical events, corporate wellness programs, speaking engagements and networking events to capture high-quality photo and video content.
Capture the Founders educational talks, interviews, media interactions and keynote presentations, ensuring skilled-quality coverage.
Produce real-time social media content during events, including Instagram Stories, Reels, YouTube Shorts and behind-the-scenes updates.
Be flexible to work on weekends or outside regular office hours during events, conferences or major content shoots, with appropriate compensatory leave or as per company policy.
