Role Description The Chief Revenue & Growth Officer is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Abroad, responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and sustainable growth for Esse India’s Canada immigration and visa consulting services. This role oversees sales strategy, business development initiatives, and partnership cultivation to strengthen the firm’s presence in key markets. The position includes leading cross-functional projects, aligning marketing and sales efforts, and optimizing client acquisition and retention processes.

The Chief

Revenue & Growth Officer will analyze market trends, refine service offerings, and implement performance metrics to ensure revenue goals are met. This leader will collaborate closely with senior management to shape growth plans, manage teams, and uphold a client-centric approach in all commercial activities.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation abilities.





Proven experience in sales leadership, revenue management, and pipeline development.

Demonstrated business development skills, including partnership building and strategic account management.

Solid project management capabilities to plan, lead, and deliver growth-focused initiatives on time and within scope.

Applied market research skills to assess competition, identify opportunities, and inform growth strategies.

Background in immigration, consulting, or skilled services is highly advantageous.

Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams in a growth-focused environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Ability to work in office in Bhubaneswar and collaborate effectively with cross-location teams.
