Role Description The Chief Transformation & Change Officer is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Abroad. This position is responsible for driving organizational transformation, overseeing change management initiatives, and aligning business processes with strategic priorities in the immigration consulting domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current operations, designing and implementing improvement roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency, client experience, and service quality.

The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to define transformation goals, managing change communication plans, and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, workflows, and performance metrics.

The Chief

Transformation & Change Officer will also mentor teams, establish best practices, and monitor progress against key transformation objectives.

Qualifications

Robust change management and organizational transformation skills, including experience leading complex, multi-phase initiatives.





Strategic planning and business process improvement capabilities, with the ability to translate long-term goals into actionable plans.

Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to support clear change narratives and engage team members at all levels.

Experience in professional services or consulting environments; exposure to immigration, legal, or compliance-focused services is an advantage.

Proven ability to use data and metrics for decision-making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to work in office in Ahmedabad and commit to a full-time leadership role.
