Role Description The Collections Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end collections process, including monitoring outstanding payments, setting collection targets, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves supervising collection executives, reviewing daily collection reports, and implementing strategies to minimize delinquency and bad debt. The role includes negotiating payment arrangements, resolving escalated disputes, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems.

Manager will collaborate with finance and sales teams to align collection activities with business goals, ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and prepare periodic performance and risk reports for leadership.

Qualifications

Strong skills in collections management, credit control, and accounts receivable oversight.

Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and use spreadsheet or ERP tools effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for customer interactions.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with deadlines in a high-volume setting.

Experience in financial services, lending, or related operational roles is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.
