We are seeking skilled Academic Content Developers in Chemistry to design high-quality, curriculum-aligned educational content for Grades 7–10, following CBSE and TNSB syllabi. Key Responsibilities:
Develop concept-based academic content (theories, exercises & tests). Create age-appropriate explanations, examples, and practice questions as per pumpa methodology.
Align all content strictly with CBSE and TNSB curriculum standards. Incorporate competency-based and application-oriented questions in the content.
Ensure conceptual clarity and logical progression of topics.
Collaborate with editors/assistant editors and academic teams to refine content quality.
Ability to reach KPI -140 objects per month. KPIs may change depending on project and team demands.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s degree in Physics / Chemistry / Biology + (Mphil/Phd is an added advantage) or related field.
Prior experience in academic content development is preferred. Teaching experience (school/coaching/online platforms) is an added advantage.
Excellent subject knowledge and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain academic accuracy.
Working Timings: 10.30 - 5:30 (Contract - Full time) Working days: Monday - Saturday Salary: 23k for 140 objects
