Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Delhi, India. The CTO will oversee all technology initiatives, including software development, product engineering, and IT operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining technology roadmaps, setting architectural standards, guiding product development cycles, and supervising project execution across cross-functional teams.

The role involves collaborating with executive leadership on IT strategy, budgeting, risk management, and technology partnerships, while establishing best practices for security, scalability, and performance. The CTO will also mentor technical staff,



build high-performing teams, and introduce processes and tools that improve delivery speed, quality, and innovation.

Qualifications

Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience delivering scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

Proven ability in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing technology roadmaps and system architectures that support business objectives.

Demonstrated Project Management skills, with experience leading multiple initiatives, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Experience building and leading technical teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

Solid understanding of modern technologies, cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, and development best practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Previous senior technology leadership experience, ideally as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar role.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
