Role Overview In role of Creative Strategy & Growth , you'll work directly on the social media and growth of Manifest Outlet. This role combines creative thinking, branding, social media, content strategy, and growth marketing. Having knowledge or eager to learn performance marketing is a big plus. This is a startup environment. Anything you are willing to learn, execute and help the business grow is welcomed.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership and is willing to grow into the role as the business expands. You will be directly working with founders.

Responsibilities
Develop creative strategies for social media campaigns and advertisements.
Work on Instagram content strategy and brand positioning.
Is comfortable writing content scripts, implemanting new hooks
Research trends, competitors, and viral content ideas.
Identify and test new growth channels for customer acquisition.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns and product launches.
Assist in storytelling, and content planning.

What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of Instagram, social media trends,



and digital content.
Creative thinker with an interest in branding and marketing.
Ability to take ownership and execute independently.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Performance marketing knowledge (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a bonus but not mandatory.
