Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales closures for exclusive mandate residential projects.
Guide clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to ensure smooth transactions.
Handle negotiations and successfully convert qualified leads into bookings.
Maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
Mandatory experience in Mandate Sales.
Solid understanding of the Mumbai residential real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
