Perform Basic Computer Operations

Operate desktop systems, manage files and folders, and ensure the proper functioning of software.

Scanning of Files

Use scanning devices or software to digitize physical documents accurately and efficiently.

Verifying Scanned Data

Review scanned documents to ensure image clarity, completeness, and accuracy before proceeding to upload.

Uploading Scanned Files into Software

Upload verified digital files into the designated software or document management system as per organizational protocols.

Rescanning Failed Files

Identify and rescan any files that were not scanned correctly or failed during the uploading process.

Maintaining Excel Records

Enter and maintain detailed logs of scanned files in Excel sheets, including file names, scan dates, and upload status.

Generating Daily Reports

Prepare and submit daily activity reports highlighting the number of files scanned, uploaded, errors found, and any pending tasks.
