Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content, Social Media & Print Media Associate to develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, support digital and print marketing initiatives, and enhance brand visibility through effective communication and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Manage day-to-day activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
Create captions, graphics, short videos, and promotional content.
Coordinate the development of brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters, and other print marketing materials.
Liaise with designers, printers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely campaign execution.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages,



and inquiries.
Track and analyze social media and website performance using analytics tools.
Coordinate integrated digital and print marketing campaigns.
Optimize content for SEO and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid content writing and copywriting abilities.
Experience with social media management platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and WhatsApp Marketing.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and WordPress/CMS.
Exposure to paid social media campaigns.
Experience with AI-powered content creation tools is an added advantage.
