At ICFAI Business School (IBS), we are looking for a agile, results-driven Corporate Relations Manager to serve as the vital bridge between corporate recruiters and our ambitious MBA/PGPM students.

About the Role

As part of our Corporate Relations team, you will drive our placement initiatives PAN India, building strategic networks with industry leaders, managing recruitment drives, and ensuring exceptional placement opportunities for IBS students.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with top-tier corporate recruiters across diverse sectors.
Visit potential and existing corporate recruiters across India to invite them to campus for hiring.
End-to-end planning, coordination, and management of on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
Maintain an active database of target organisations and track emerging industry hiring trends.




Collaborate closely with faculty and staff to ensure candidate readiness and smooth interview processes.
Collect structural feedback from companies post-drive and maintain accurate campus reporting metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: MBA (Mandatory)

Exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Proven ability to build business relationships and manage corporate stakeholder expectations.

Willingness to travel for corporate outreach PAN India.

Prior experience in university placements, corporate relations, business development, or recruitment/TA is a solid plus.
