HeyEV is looking for a

Collections Lead to drive collections across multiple cities, manage field recovery operations, and maintain high collection efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end collections and delinquency management.
Manage field recovery teams, tele-callers, and collection agencies.
Track collection MIS, DPD, PTPs, and recovery performance.
Improve collection processes, compliance, and fraud controls.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and NBFC partners to maximize recoveries.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in loan collections.
Mandatory experience working with or managing a collection agency.
Experience in NBFC, banking, fintech, or vehicle finance preferred.
Solid leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable managing multi-city collection operations.
