GST Management

Ensure accurate and timely GST filings and compliance.

Stay updated with GST laws and amendments.

Income Tax and Corporate Laws:

Manage income tax filings and compliance.

Ensure adherence to corporate laws and governance requirements.

Direct and Indirect Taxation

Handle both direct and indirect tax calculations and compliance.





Integrate tax strategies within financial reporting frameworks.

Financial Reporting and Audit

Lead the finalization of accounts process.

Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance with auditing standards.

Statutory Compliance

Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance checklists.

Implement internal controls to ensure ongoing adherence to statutory requirements.

Team Supervision and Development

Supervise and mentor the accounts team.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Management Reporting

Generate timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Analyze financial data to provide insights for management decision-making.

Bank Relations

Liaise with banks to manage financial relationships and facilities.

Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for banking services.
