We are looking for a highly connected placement professional who can aggressively drive student placements, internships, and corporate hiring partnerships across industries. Key Responsibilities

Bring placement prospects through strong corporate outreach and industry connections.

Build and manage relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and recruiters.

Organize campus drives,



interviews, internships, and hiring events.

Ensure maximum student placements by aligning candidates with company requirements.

Create and maintain a solid hiring pipeline across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.

Represent the organization in corporate meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Track placement progress, employer engagement, and hiring outcomes. Requirements

10+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

Strong network of corporate HRs, recruiters, and hiring decision-makers.

Proven record of successful student placements and employer partnerships.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Experience in education, skilling, EdTech, or training industry is preferred.

Experience working with AI/Tech students is a plus.

This is a performance-driven, commission-based engagement.
