Role & responsibilities
Finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
Preparation and analysis of financial data, MIS, and management reports.
Preparation of CMA Data for banks and financial institutions.
Preparation of Quarterly Performance Reports and financial analysis.
Preparation and submission of Stock Statements and other reports to banks.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax provisions, including return filing and tax-related documentation.
Assist in Tax Audit and coordinate with statutory and tax auditors.
Calculation and accounting of depreciation as per applicable accounting standards and Income Tax Act.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
Reconciliation of ledgers, bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and fixed assets.
Support budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Assist in internal audits and implementation of financial controls.




Coordinate with management for financial reporting and decision-making.

Solid analytical and financial interpretation skills.
Positive organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively with auditors, banks, and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of GST compliance will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Statutory Compliance.
Good understanding of Income Tax and Tax Audit procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis, etc.).
Experience with accounting/ERP software such as Tally.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
