Experience: 2–3 Years (Post-Qualification) Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Location: Gurugram Function: Finance & Compliance ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Compliance team. The role calls for a strong grounding in corporate accounting, statutory compliance, and financial governance within a structured corporate environment. Prior exposure to IPO processes will be considered a strong advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Finance & Accounting
Oversee and manage end-to-end accounting operations and monthly closing activities • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and MIS reporting • Support preparation of standalone and consolidated financials Compliance & Governance • Ensure timely statutory compliance under applicable laws (Income Tax, GST, ROC, etc.) • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits • Maintain compliance documentation and governance standards Corporate & Regulatory Support • Assist in corporate structuring, board-level reporting,
and stakeholder coordination • Support regulatory filings and stakeholder reporting requirements • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and policies IPO / Strategic Initiatives (Preferred Exposure) • Support IPO readiness activities including documentation, due diligence, and compliance alignment • Work closely with external advisors, auditors, and legal teams during capital market processes DESIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Robust understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate compliance frameworks • Hands-on experience in a corporate finance function • High attention to detail with solid analytical ability • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • Exposure to IPO processes or a listed company environment • Experience working in a structured, quick-paced corporate setup • Familiarity with SEBI regulations and governance practices WHAT WE VALUE • Integrity and an ownership mindset • Ability to operate in a dynamic, high-accountability environment • Strong execution focus with attention to governance and detail
