Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Mumbai.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing and reviewing ledgers, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. The role involves preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports, conducting financial analysis, and monitoring cash flows for various projects. The professional will handle tax planning and compliance, coordinate audits, ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, and support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Accountant will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications
Skilled qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership in the relevant professional body.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and corporate taxation.
Experience in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Experience in audit coordination, internal controls, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
