Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Cisco CUCM, UCCE/PCCE, and Verint.
Minimum 2 end-to-end UCCE implementation projects.
Solid troubleshooting skills in CUCM, CUIC, CVP, and UCCE/PCCE.
Hands-on experience with SIP, VoIP, QoS, CTI integrations, and APIs.
Good knowledge of SQL, Windows Server, Linux, and UCCE database.
Experience with ICM Script Editor and Outbound Dialer.
Expertise in Verint/Calabrio call recording.
Familiar with ITIL, Incident & Change Management.
Valuable communication and team mentoring experience.
Preferred Skills
CCNP Collaboration or Cisco UCCE Certification.
Experience with Genesys, Avaya, or Cloud Contact Center.
Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
Work Mode : Business hours, with on-call/escalation availability to support a 24x7 contact center workplace
