Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Mumbai.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and overseeing cash flow. The role involves handling statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings relevant to the real estate sector. The individual will prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports, analyze project costs and profitability, and support financial planning and control.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities,



ensure timely completion of audits, and contribute to process improvements in finance and accounting.

Qualifications
Qualified qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership; bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis, ideally with experience in real estate or construction.
Proficiency in statutory compliances including GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable laws, with hands-on experience in filings and assessments.
Comfort with accounting and ERP software, advanced MS Excel skills, and the ability to work with large financial datasets.
Attention to detail, robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to documentation and record-keeping.
Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and capability to manage multiple deadlines.
High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to transparency and compliance in all financial activities.
Prior experience in a similar role with developers or real estate organizations in Mumbai will be an advantage.
