Key Responsibilities
Loan Closing Coordination: Facilitate the preparation, review, and execution of commercial loan closing packages in compliance with credit approvals and bank policies.
Insurance Verification: Review and verify flood and hazard insurance policies, coverage limits, and FEMA determinations to ensure full regulatory compliance prior to closing.
Pipeline & Exception Reporting: Maintain and update loan pipeline tracking and produce routine closing and post-closing reports to monitor documentation status and pipeline velocity.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact using excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with attorneys, title agents, underwriters, and commercial borrowers.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in commercial loan closing, processing, or loan operations.
Key Knowledge: Solid understanding of commercial loan documentation, legal structures, and federal flood/hazard insurance regulations.
Technical & Reporting: Proficiency in loan management software, MS Excel, and tracking/reporting systems.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
