About The role

We are looking for a CRM Retention & Automation Marketing Executive to join our growing CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with customer data, marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign execution. You will work closely with leading D2C brands across industries such as F&B;, Wellness, Skincare, Lifestyle, Nutrition, Fashion, and Cosmetics to improve customer retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.

You will gain hands-on experience with leading CRM and marketing automation platforms while working on real business problems that directly impact revenue growth. Responsibilities

Execute retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, Web Push, and In-App channels.

Build and optimize customer lifecycle journeys including:

Welcome Journeys, Loyalty & Referral Campaigns

Cart Abandonment , Post-Purchase Journeys

Create customer cohorts based on Purchase behavior, Engagement patterns

Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Track KPIs such as - LTV, Repeat Rate , CTR, ROI

Coordinate with design,



content, and strategy teams to launch campaigns.

Conduct A/B tests on messaging, offers, creatives, and timing.

Prepare campaign reports and present actionable insights.

Support sale campaigns, product launches, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions.

Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and retention performance. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

2 - 3 years of relevant experience

1–3 years of experience in: CRM, Retention Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, Marketing Automation

Robust analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills

Robust ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media

Preferred

Experience with Shopify brands.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as CleverTap, WebEngage, or Bitespeed.

Understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing concepts.
