This is a full time in office role for a Catering Operations Manager located in New Delhi.

The Catering

Manager will be responsible for managing the catering operations including food preparation, delivery, inventory management, staffing and customer service. Additionally, the Catering Operations Manager will ensure that the event runs smoothly and meets the client's expectations.

Role Description - - Plan and execute catering events end-to-end, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
Manage and lead the catering team with effective scheduling, supervision, and training.
Interact with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction through personalized service.
Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, logistics, HR, finance) for seamless execution.
Monitor inventory, manage vendor relations, and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards as per industry regulations.




Control event budgets and costs related to food, labour, logistics, and rentals.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance to management.
Innovate menu presentations, service styles, and setups to enhance guest experience.
Resolve client concerns, gather feedback, and ensure continuous service improvement.

Requirements - - Experience in managing catering operations and staff
Candidates must have prior experience in catering and events
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to create and manage budgets
Experience in inventory management and procurement
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
