Operate and monitor Raw Mill, Cement Mill, and auxiliary equipment through DCS/CCR.
Ensure smooth plant operation and achieve daily production targets.
Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, feed rate, and power consumption.
Optimize process performance to improve productivity and reduce specific heat and power consumption.
Coordinate with field operators for equipment inspections and troubleshooting.
Take immediate corrective actions during process abnormalities and equipment trips.
Maintain clinker and cement quality as per company standards.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, environmental regulations, and housekeeping (5S).
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Electrical & Instrumentation teams during shutdowns and breakdowns.
Prepare shift reports, production logs, and operational records.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and cost reduction.
