Assist customers in their jewellery selection by providing product information, explaining features and perks, and suggesting suitable options based on their preferences.

Build robust customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized attention to each customer.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain a deep knowledge of the store's jewellery collection,designs, and current trends.

Assist customers with jewelry fittings and adjustments, ensuring a comfortable and proper fit.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and showcases.

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, current product releases, and competitors' offerings.





Provide customers with information regarding jewelry care, maintenance, and cleaning techniques.

Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Utilize CRM software and customer databases to maintain accurate customer records and track customer preferences.

Stay knowledgeable about the company's policies, warranties, and after-sales services.

Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experiences.
