Considering the Fund raising activities (Commercial Papers and Debentures) very frequently now and considering so many Activities associated with it like Listing of the securities with Stock Exchanges, Coordination with Depositories for ISIN (before and After), Coordination with Debenture Trustees, filing of various documents in this connection and digital signature of documents, a lot of time is invested in the said activities (approximately 3 full days) for one single NCD issue.

Secretaries, then can be utilised in more productive work in the Board/Committee Meetings.

The Rationale behind Semi-Qualified or Graduate Candidate is as follows :

a) Longevity [A CS Candidate will get bored of this routine work and he/she will leave for better role and responsibility.



The same is not expected from a Graduate or Semi-Qualified candidate.);

b) Considering the so many ILCs and SMC meetings, he will be supporting me and Rutuja Hingane. (In the near term, if Rutuja Hingane, decides to move, he will be a back-up for us);

c) He can take some of the existing load of the department in taking print-outs of over 200 Meetings Minutes in a year and assist me in some clerical related assignments.

d) He can be a Back-up in case the existing CS Candidates decides to move in the near term.

e) Some of the activities as required by JFSL group entities can be taken care by him.

f) We can save Costs in recruiting semi-qualified specialists.
