Job Title: CS Finalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CS Finalist to support corporate secretarial, legal compliance, and regulatory activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, LLP Act, and other statutory requirements while assisting in company incorporations, ROC filings, and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain statutory registers and ROC compliance records.
Draft board meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Prepare and file ROC forms, annual returns, and other statutory documents.
Handle company and LLP incorporations, changes in directors, share capital, and registered office.
Manage share transfers, allotments, and other corporate actions.
Assist with trademark, GST, MSME, IEC, FSSAI, and other business registrations.




Draft legal documents such as MOUs, affidavits, indemnity bonds, and agreements.
Liaise with MCA, ROC, and other regulatory authorities.
Perform other corporate secretarial and compliance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
CS Finalist (Skilled Programme) pursuing.
1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial/compliance functions.
Valuable knowledge of the Companies Act, LLP Act, and MCA filings.
Proficiency in MS Office and MCA portal.
Solid drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
