Job Summary

Beyond Years is looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic & Wellness Technician to join our premium wellness centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating advanced wellness and aesthetic equipment, assisting clients during treatments, and ensuring a protected, hygienic, and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Perform wellness and aesthetic therapies as per company protocols.
Operate advanced equipment such as:
Cryotherapy
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Red Light Therapy
Body Contouring Machines
HydraFacial Devices
Laser Equipment (if certified)
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before every session.
Explain treatment procedures and after-care instructions to clients.
Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
Ensure proper sanitization, infection control, and equipment maintenance.
Monitor client comfort and safety during procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the operations team.




Deliver a premium client experience while maintaining professionalism.
Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and company guidelines.

Required Qualifications
Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Laser Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Aesthetic Clinic, Wellness Centre, Medi-Spa, Dermatology Clinic, or Luxury Salon.
Hands-on experience with aesthetic and wellness machines.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Skilled appearance and positive attitude.
