About this opportunity:

We have an exciting role open for a Technical Authority Expert at Ericsson, where youll form a key part of our Managed Services deliveries in line with the Ericsson Operations Engine. In this role, you will lead technological advancements, providing expertise and support throughout the full cycle of Create, Sustain and Evolve within your respective domain.

What you will do:
Develop, maintain, and improve solutions based on automation use case candidates.
Investigate potential problems in the automation components and improve recovery processes.
Offer specialist expertise to support teams and encourage the development of technical knowledge on current and emerging trends.
Coordinate and drive the automation process, promoting continuous growth and improvement.
Analyze business requirements and impact, translating requirements into practical solutions.
Manage high-end customer escalations, offering effective solutions and carrying out an impact analysis.
