Key Responsibilities -
Conduct outbound calls to existing Liberty customers to drive policy renewal retention and enhance customer loyalty.
Coordinate with channel partners to facilitate renewal closures in cases requiring customer visits or additional support.
Achieve and maintain the key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity targets defined for the assigned role.
Promote and drive upselling and cross-selling prospects through contact center campaigns, contributing to business growth and customer value enhancement.
