Roles and Responsibilities
Manage financial reporting, including preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow statements, and other ad-hoc reports.
Conduct audits and reviews of internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and regulatory requirements.
Prepare GST returns (BAS), TDS returns, and other tax-related submissions on time.
Ensure timely submission of statutory filings such as ROC forms.
Assist in budgeting processes by analyzing historical data trends and providing insights for forecasting purposes.
